Location: Holywell, Flintshire
Salary: £28,218.32 per annum
Hours: Full-time; Fixed Term (43 hours per week - Maternity Cover)

The Opportunity
Our next Adult Care Team Leader will be someone who has:
- Mandatory: Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience of working in an Adult support setting
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
The Location
Options Autism are recruiting Adult Team leader to join our teams in the Flintshire region. Our accommodations provide high quality support for individuals with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting occupants with varied and complex needs.
