About The Role
As a Team Leader in our warehouse you will be the first point of contact for team members in the achievement of daily targets, set by the management team, with a focus on guiding and developing your team.
Some of the roles you could be doing include:
- Driving the daily performance of warehouse operatives to achieve or exceed budgeted productivity and quality targets.
- Implement the daily staffing plan, ensuring optimum output at all times.
- Deliver training on operational processes including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conducting team briefings, training and 121s along with return to work interviews for initial absences
- Carry out duties in the warehouse such as picking, packing.
By becoming a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, assuring the in-time delivery of possible life-saving products.
Shift Pattern – We are recruiting Team Leaders to work 11:00 to 19:30 on a shift pattern that is Monday to Friday, occasional Sunday Mornings may be required for cover purposes (on average 4 times per year)
Rates of Pay – We offer pay of £12.08 made up of basic pay. Additional overtime is available.
