Team Manager (Qualified Social Worker) | Children's Services| London Borough of Enfield*

Pay rate range from £42 to £46 per hour

working 35 hours per week

To provide high quality and comprehensive support to social care customers.

Extensive Team management experience is required to work within the Assessment and Intervention team.

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.

*Please note this vacancy is subject to the London Agency Worker Pledge Agreement which stipulates:-

• Permanently employed Social Workers are restricted from undertaking an agency role with a London Pledge Borough for a 6-month period following departure (if leaving perm role with London Authority, they cannot move to an agency role with another London Authority for 6 months)
• 3 weeks' notice period may be required (at discretion of manager/council)
• Agency workers must have complete 2 years post AYSE (3 years PQ total), before they can be considered for agency roles within London
