Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:
- To manage, motivate and develop a team of social workers, social work officers and review officers managers so that performance standards and outcomes are met in ways that demonstrate Haringey Values; Generic Team Manager Responsibilities Service Delivery, Quality and Continuous Improvement.
- Set team priorities, allocate work and be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient services to service users and stakeholders.
- Be accountable for implementation of planned and approved service innovations, continuous improvement in quality and efficiency of operations.
- Review, make recommendations for improvement and follow through to implement changes and benefits.
- Undertake performance management, quality assurance and act on inadequate performance, as appropriate.
What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
