We are currently looking for a Team Manager to cover a Hospital Team over 3 sites (UHW, Llandough & St. Davids). Ideally would need someone full time, with possibility for 1 day agile working.
The post holder will be Team Manager with responsibility for the Hospital Social Work Service for older people and adults with physical Impairments currently inpatients in an acute hospital in Cardiff and Vale University Health Board area
The post holder will support the Service Manager with the strategic and day to day management of the service and will take responsibility for a specialist area of Social Work, attending meetings and providing expert input as required.

Enhanced DBS on Update Service (can help with this if needed)
