We are currently seeking a Supported AccommodationTeam Manager to play a vital role in ensuring CCP's expanding Independent Living Support Services in Bristol and South Gloucester meet all staffing, contractual, legal and quality audit requirements providing the highest quality of support in line with Ofsted Standards. What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive line management for all staff, conducting supervision, appraisals, and quality assessments to maintain high performance levels.
  • Supervise staff rota, addressing cover issues for consistent support delivery.
  • Participate in on-call services on a rotational basis for all Ofsted regulated CCP services.
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and induction processes to maintain adequate staffing levels and service quality.
  • Monitor the Learning Management System, ensuring staff receive relevant training for professional development and to uphold high support standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate record-keeping of daily support and placement outcomes.
  • Review and oversee the content and quality of weekly/monthly reports as required by local authority contracts.
  • Collaborate with key partners to ensure comprehensive support and share relevant information to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  • Ensure properties meet high health and safety standards, addressing and rectifying identified issues through scheduled property checks and inspections.
  • Support staff in implementing a strengths-based approach to empower young people in improving independent living skills.
  • Ensure young people receive quality practical and emotional support, aligned with their goals in training, education, employment, or volunteering.
  • Advocate for children, ensuring their needs are met, they are aware of their rights, and they have access to essential services for their well-being and support.

Position: Supported AccommodationTeam Manager (Job ID 769)
Hours: Full-time hours 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis over 7 days between hours of 8am to 11pm, including some weekends
Contract: Permanent
Location: Bristol and South Gloucestershire
Pay: £25,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience, likely to increase to £26,550-£28,500 from 1st April
