Weldricks Pharmacy have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to work in their state-of-the-art On-Line Pharmacy.
This is a part-time role working a minimum of 24 hours per week from 0600 to 1200 Monday to Friday however, you maybe required to work 0800 to 1400 on occasional Saturdays.

We are looking for friendly, professional and caring individuals who can provide a great service while working in a sometimes-pressurised environment.
Our Team Managers are expected to support the Hub Manager to ensure that the highest of standards of customer service are delivered by all Leedale colleagues and to deputise fully for the Hub Manager in their absence.
The ideal candidate will display high work standards and the ability to motivate and influence the team to deliver these throughout the Leedale hub to achieve all KPI's.
The role involves ensuring prescription figures and new medicine services are delivered to target; making sure staffing levels are within the operating budget and coordinating and distributing work amongst the team to facilitate a smooth flow of work.
