STAR method interview techniques will be used
A number of vacancies have arisen for Team Member 2 positions. Responsibilities of the role include the manufacture of products within strict process control guidelines and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Responsibilities also include:
- Operating a variety of complex processes and/or equipment.
- Applying a variety of different skill sets, including mechanical/format changeovers and machine set up.
- Use data from all sources to make decisions, problem solve and take appropriate action.
- Work across lines or areas.
- In addition, the successful applicant will have the capability to carry out the TM1 role where necessary.
The successful candidate will also have an understanding of good manufacturing practice, HACCP systems and safety at work procedures, will demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude to change. Experience of working with food is desirable but not essential. In addition, a flexible approach to work, together with the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment is required.
