About the Role
Team Member – Starbucks – Leeds Bradford Airport
Pay rate: £10.80
- £12 per hourHours per week: minimum of 16 hours per week
Shifts available: scheduled between 2am-midnight
We are looking for enthusiastic Part Time Baristas (16h per week) to join our Starbucks team at Leeds Bradford Airport.
As a Barista, you will work shifts between 2am and midnight, between Monday and Sunday.
Pay rate is £10.80 and as a little incentive, an additional £1.20 is paid for every hour worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your hourly pay up to £12 per hour!
No previous experience is required for this role, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities for Barista:
- Preparing a variety of hot drinks
- Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Starbucks standards
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
- Using the till to take orders and payments from customers
Requirements:
- Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol.
- Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations
