About the Role
AM DeliveryTeam Member at M&S Gatwick Airport, South Terminal
Rate of pay £10.80 per hour
We have full time (37.5 hrs) roles available at our M&S Gatwick Airport.
As Team Member you will be working:
- shifts begin at 5am
- shifts finish at 2pm
As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £12.00 per hour!
Responsibilities for Team Member:
- Demonstrate knowledge of M&S products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintain all unit displays in accordance with M&S standards
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Physical Stock movement requiring loading and unloading lorries, deliveries and replenish
- Date check and product rotation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
Requirements for Team Member:
- Due to some responsibilities within this role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol
