We have an exciting new challenge/ next step at our Wrexham Branch for a Team Supervisor to come and join our fast paced busy branch.
In this role, you will support the Branch Manager with 5 direct reports to drive and manage the performance of team members to deliver the highest standards of service to the branch’s customers and ensure targets are achieved. You will be a great teamplayer and support the team in all areas of branch including trade counter, warehouse and the office.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime).

* A customer service/sales background is essential with a real focus on offering exceptional service
* Confident, eager to learn
* Great communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar industry would be desirable but not essential
