Key Highlights of the MIT program:
You will split your program across The Landmark Hotel and Royal Lancaster London.
- Attend a monthly meeting with an Executive Mentor and a quarterly meeting with Talent & Culture
- Complete a key hotel project authorized by the General Manager following a project pitch.
- Take part in developmental workshops e.g. Insights Profile workshop, Resilience workshop, and Team Building activities.
- IOH (The Institute of Hospitality) membership.
- Embark on a 2-month placement in the heart of Bangkok, exploring and contributing to our enchanting Thai sister properties. The Landmark Bangkok and the Royal Lancaster Bangkok. Elevate your experience with a unique blend of professional growth and cultural immersion.
- Graduation and Celebration event at the end of the program.
- Successful and committed MT will be guided toward future opportunities upon completion of the program.
- Regular performance reviews to ensure you receive ongoing feedback to help you grow and develop.
- Complete assigned online training courses tailored to your personal growth.
- Become a member of at least one task force and attend all meetings relevant to your program (such as P&L, forecast, etc.).
Requirements:
- Hospitality Degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 months of related industry experience gained via previous work placement.
- Genuine passion and hunger to develop within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
