Location: London

Package: £25k basic salary + commission (£40k OTE)

Responsibilities:

• Source, assess, and interview candidates with technical expertise
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their recruitment requirements
• Establish a pool of qualified candidates through diverse channels (e.g., online databases, networking, referrals)
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide timely feedback
• Work closely with HR to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to attract top-tier talent

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or business development
• Strong understanding of the technical hiring process and the ability to identify exceptional tech professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to thrive under pressure
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies
