Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their technical needs and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Analyse financial data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and implement.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to clients
- Ability to liaise analyse and plan with the firms logistics and financial personnel,
demonstrating good experienced ability to work as a team providing encouragement as well as endorsing the firms USP.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical third party customers.
-Strong financial managerial experience proven ability to analyse, interpret and plan XL format sales programs.
- Proven ability to analyse financial as well as sales data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams, work with and liaise with owners and manufactures of the brand, instil confidence within the management arena.
- Previous experience in sales and account management is highly desirable with financial management skills that allow spreadsheet budget, progress reports as well as customer analytics, and leadership of the firms wholesale program.
