Technical Administrator - Doncaster - £25k - £27k per annum plus company benefits
Our client is a well-established food manufacturer based in Doncaster; due to their ongoing success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Technical Administrator.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure site QMS is organised, maintained and kept up to date
- Ensure site contact details are up to date on all customer specification systems
- Log all consumer complaints and keep complaints log up to date
- Assist traceability exercises for mock recalls / audits with suppliers
- Ensure external calibration of equipment is maintained
- Collect and send samples for testing to approved laboratories
- Maintain site production paperwork
- Input ingredient trace information onto system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of retailer requirements, alerts and technical documentation
- High level of computer system packages (Excel, Word)
