Technical Administrator

Technical Administrator - Doncaster - £25k - £27k per annum plus company benefits

Our client is a well-established food manufacturer based in Doncaster; due to their ongoing success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Technical Administrator.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure site QMS is organised, maintained and kept up to date
• Ensure site contact details are up to date on all customer specification systems
• Log all consumer complaints and keep complaints log up to date
• Assist traceability exercises for mock recalls / audits with suppliers
• Ensure external calibration of equipment is maintained
• Collect and send samples for testing to approved laboratories
• Maintain site production paperwork
• Input ingredient trace information onto system

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of retailer requirements, alerts and technical documentation
• High level of computer system packages (Excel, Word)
