Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. As a Technical Administrator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and Configuration:
· Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
· Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics modules to meet specific business needs.
2. Administration and Maintenance:
· Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including monitoring system health, performance tuning, and applying updates and patches.
· Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within Microsoft Dynamics.
3. Integration and Data Management:
· Collaborate with development teams to design and implement data integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and other systems.
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy through proactive data management and validation.
4. User Support and Training:
· Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely problem resolution.
· Conduct training sessions to empower users with the knowledge to leverage Microsoft Dynamics effectively.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
· Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics reporting tools.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
6. Performance Optimization:
· Identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
· Work closely with stakeholders to implement enhancements that align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Technical Administrator with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its various modules.
· Strong understanding of system integrations and data management principles.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-901, MB-200, MB-400).
· Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
· Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
