Reed Business Support is proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading manufacturer and distributors of professional lighting fixtures serving the entertainment, professional installation, architectural and leisure markets. Reed is looking for an enthusiastic person to help support the sales team in this forever growing company.
As the Technical Customer Service Advisor your role will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and will be able to offer product knowledge, provide advice and handle any troubleshooting matters from customers and the in-house sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• First point of contact to inbound customer enquiries
• To advise & offer product knowledge & to be able to sell when needed
• Handle troubleshooting matters
• Preparation & follow up of quotes
Key Skills:
• Previous experience or a genuine interest of the leisure industry or with the support of ongoing product training
• Strong telephonic communication & organisational skills
• To be able to collaborate with other team members within the business
Package & Benefits:
