The ideal candidate will have previous experience in delivering excellent customer service within the technical support team along with creative effective marketing content through Adobe packages for a growing client base!
Duties and key responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent technical support to customers
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues
Raise any queries with IT Engineers when out of hours
Log all customer support calls and ensure all information is on the system
Create content through the use of Adobe packages
Support other team members as and when required
Key skills required by the successful candidate:
A technical mindset with a passion for all things tech!
Good experience within a customer service background
Knowledge of using CRM Systems and using Adobe packages
Be a team player with excellent problem solving skills
