We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Technical and Cave Diving Instructor to join our client's team in the breathtaking underwater landscapes of Scotland. As a Technical and Cave Diving Instructor, you will be instrumental in providing advanced diving instruction, specializing in both Technical and Cave Diving, while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the divers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical diving courses, covering advanced techniques, gas management, and equipment configurations.
- Instruct and guide Cave Diving excursions, exploring the unique underwater caves of Scotland.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures during all Technical and Cave dive activities.
- Provide comprehensive pre-dive briefings and debriefings, emphasizing the nuances of Cave Diving.
- Mentor and support students through their Technical and Cave Diving certifications.
- Assist in the maintenance and care of Technical and Cave Diving equipment.
Requirements
- Technical and Cave Diving Instructor certification from a recognized agency (TDI, SDI, NSS-CDS).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical and Cave Diving Instructor.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen Provider certifications.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in high-stress environments.
- Clean criminal record.
- Own a complete set of Technical and Cave Diving equipment.
- Underwater photography and videography skills (advantageous).
