Technical Assistant

Main Purpose:

To maintain, control and improve technical and quality standards throughout the organisation.

Main Duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality systems, maintain aspects of the quality manual. • Deal with customer complaints/ supplier issues as necessary. • Supplier approval including approval of initial spec. • TACCP Maintenance. • Assist in Product Traceability and product recall tests. • Member of Internal Auditing Team. • Prepare for internal and external audits. • Liaise with internal departments. • Ensure all relevant procedures are followed as detailed in the work instructions, HACCP and CCP’s. • Ensure all documentation is completed, accurate, updated and filed accordingly. • Behave in a responsible manner showing respect for company property and respect for other members of staff. • Any other reasonable duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,560.00 per year
