I am currently seeking a qualified IT Business Analyst on behalf of my client, an emerging broker in the insurance business. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the sector replacement programme, playing a pivotal role in selecting a new policy administration system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile detailed and summary business requirements for the selection of a new policy administration system.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across departments to elicit business requirements effectively.
- Document and finalise requirements, ensuring alignment and agreement from all relevant parties.
- Provide regular progress reports, issue highlights, and oversee the sign-off process to the Head of IT.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in compiling and documenting business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of the London insurance market, particularly in Lloyd's broker and Coverholder business, is highly advantageous.
