An opportunity to play your part – As the successful Technical Business Analyst to bolster our DTS - Data Platform Team and contribute to diverse data-related initiatives. In this role, you'll oversee the implementation and maintenance of data scanning functionalities for our primary applications, guaranteeing alignment with regulatory standards and obligations. You'll also engage in data archiving and removal tasks across various business units, adhering rigorously to established frameworks, best practices, and policies. Furthermore, you'll provide support for DTS's management of data privacy and compliance technologies like One Trust, Iron Mountain, etc., assisting business units in navigating and mitigating any data-related risks and challenges.

The day to day
- Safeguard and manage customer data in accordance with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to establish and execute data governance protocols.
- Apply technical and data expertise to enhance operations.
- Establish clear demands for data governance across all business units.
- Identify and address data risks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Foster team engagement and initiative to enhance business efficiency and customer experience, thereby ensuring strong customer retention.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data management.
- Familiarity with data services and what constitutes effective data management services.
- Possess experience in data management concepts such as high-level data modelling and data mapping.
- Collaborate with the Data Privacy team and the data community across all business units.
- Coordinate with Data Governance and management teams.
