Technical Admin Clerk - Part Time
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Clerk to work Part Time hours for an engineering company based in Chelmsford. The purpose of the Technical Clerk will be to provide clerical support for the engineering team.
Hours: Tuesday - Friday 1pm - 4:30pm
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Location: Chelmsford
Assignment Type: Permanent
Requirements: Driving Licence and access to car essential
DUTIES
Your main duties will be -
- Collating engineering drawings
- Routine maintenance on printer
- Maintaining stocks of consumables
- Photocopying & binding of reports
- Archiving documentation
- Minor maintenance work
- Transfer documents to & from archive store.
- Assist with some QA works.
This role will involve the manual lifting and moving of archived boxes to local storage units. (Vehicle necessary for this)
