Huntswood is looking for a Technical Complaint Handler with excellent complaints handling experience and a knowledge of wealth and pensions products to join an exciting project for a leading pensions provider.
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: £202 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Hybrid/Edinburgh - 2 days a week in office

What Huntswood is looking for:
- Experience dealing with complex complaints within a financial service environment
- An understanding of pensions products and platforms would be advantageous
- Commitment to work at client's office in Edinburgh on a Hybrid basis - with 1st week 100% onsite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
As a Technical Complaint Handler you will work closely with the operational functions as a member of the Complaints Team to ensure Embark Pensions complies with the FCA complaints handling rules.
