Excited to support my client in Shipley and Cheshire, an organisation that specialises in outsourced technology solutions in people services, for a Technical Content Author to join their team.
Reporting and working closely with the Lead HR Process Analyst, you will play a vital role in authoring online employee relations content for both new and existing clients. This position is well-suited for individuals with a strong foundation in HR/ER, and familiarity with ACAS best practices. Exceptional copywriting skills are highly desirable.
The ideal person will possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR/ER/employment law.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a command of the English language.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in time management.
- Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities.
- The ability to efficiently handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with the Lead Content Author to engage with new/existing clients, transforming HR policies into online, step-by-step content and documentation.
- Participation in 'as is' and 'to be' process workshops to support the broader implementation team.
- Serving as a primary point of contact with clients during project implementation and managing relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development and adherence to agreed-upon style guides for content production.
- Operating across various technology applications based on the type of implementation.
- Adhering to established deadlines as part of the broader implementation process.
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and case law to facilitate the production and editing of default content for our channel partners.
Location: Shipley and Cheshire, with a hybrid work arrangement occasional travel to the nearest office is required.
Hours: are flexible, spanning Monday to Friday between 8 am and 7 pm.
