Job title: Technical Contract Manager
Location: Static High-End Commercial Site Located in the heart of the City
Terms: Permanent contract - Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements: Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below -
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering
* 18th Edition
* City & Guilds 2391 testing and inspecting
* HVAP - Desired
About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Technical Contract Manager to cover a High-End Commercial/Residential Environment in the heart of London.
Responsibilities:
* Management and supervision of the team in accordance with Procedures and Policies
* Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the sites M&E
* Plant and Equipment and Services.
* Compliance with and record keeping
* Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems
* Attend site and manage reactive repairs as instructed by client and Site Staff/System.
* Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the Engineering team and Supply Partners ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.
* Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
