Superb opportunity for a Technical Coordinator from a Architectural/ Residential experience, contractor or developer side.
Our client is a non PLC developer, growing organically, and know for delivering high quality new build housing projects , self build plots and mixed commercial and residential projects across Kent. High end, high spec, quality finish.
As Technical Coordinator, you will be reporting into the Technical Director and Construction Director and will responsible for successfully delivering technical and design information from inception to completion for various high spec housing and commercial projects .
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Technical Director on all aspects of the projects
Responsible for technical specifications in line with specific technical delivery strategy
Liaising with the project team, communicating directly with suppliers, subcontractors, and design consultants.
Monitoring and developing design programmes and the delivery of design information
Detailed understanding of building warranty, regulations, and planning processes; assisting the technical team on project completions in line with the delivery programme
Identifying opportunities to value engineer consultant designs with the support of colleagues
You will need:
Experience working in the construction sector (preferably house building experience in a developer, contractor or Architectural sectors)
Excellent understanding of technical and design procedures
Experience of managing time, costs, and design coordination successfully
Effective problem-solving skills
