Permanent role working for a leading manufacturing business in Stafford.
A new role has arisen for a Technical Coordinator to join a well-established business in Stafford. The company are looking for someone who has preferably completed a degree or equivalent in science-related studies.
This role would suit someone who has recently graduated from university and has some analytical experience and would like to develop their skills and experience further.
Working within a small office environment, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via email and telephone, supporting the internal sales team, you will also be responsible for reading and understanding reports that have been received from third parties, analysing the information, and providing this to the customers and preparing samples to go out to third parties.
As a Technical Coordinator, you will be required to:
- Provide technical support to customers via email and telephone
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints.
- Reading and understanding reports that have been received from third parties.
- Analysing the information and providing this to the customers
- Preparing samples to go out to third parties.
- Helping with internal audits
- Work closely with company contract manufacturers to ensure products meet the required specifications.
The Technical Coordinator should have the following skills or experience:
Essential:
- Degree (or equivalent) in science related studies
- Data analysis experience
- General understanding of polymers and microbiology
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
