At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we are looking for a talented Technical Advisor to be a part of our Technical Support team, focusing on our insulation brands and products. In the role, you will provide market-leading, bespoke, and creditable solutions whilst responding quickly and accurately to customer enquiries, delighting the customer and encouraging them to return whilst maximising SGIS specification opportunities.

The working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm, based out of our East Leake offices. After an initial period of training, hybrid working will be an option.
What you will be doing:
- Creating relationships with allocated key partnerships or market sectors to deliver technical support solutions and services to meet required service level agreements
- Understanding of the market and exploring ways of understanding customers' needs
- Providing general and bespoke technical advice to allocated customers both externally and internally
- Keeping abreast of the latest technical and legislative changes related to all products and systems across the business
Is this role right for you?
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and ability to understand customer needs
- Good working ability in Microsoft packages and Salesforce CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a customer-facing environment
- An understanding of the construction industry would be highly desirable
