About the role:
As our Technical Customer Service Advisor , you will provide our customers with technical support via telephone and email, advising on the correct application, usage and repair/service of our complete range of tools and equipment. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in a mechanical trade but who would now like a change of direction.
What we’re looking for in our Technical Customer Service Advisor:

- A good mechanical aptitude n
- The desire to provide first-class Customer Service to our wide customer base n
- Excellent communication skills n
- Prior experience of in-house computer systems and Microsoft Office applications n
- The ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative n
- A genuine interest in keeping up to date with the latest advances in vehicle technology n
