Excellent role on offer for a Technical Designer looking to join a unique and successful modular construction business where you will work on a range of interesting off-site construction projects within a close knit team.

This company are leading off-site construction specialists who have established a great reputation and consistently create high quality builds, which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Technical Designer to join their team.
In this role you will have a varied job role, working on multiple projects at one time. The projects vary in size and scale. You will liaise with the other design team members including Architectural Technicians and you will report to the Lead Architectural Technologist. You will predominantly be using Revit, SketchUp and AutoCAD, so must have experience working with these software systems. You will produce technical design drawings for modular buildings. You will attend client meetings and liaise with contractors, providing technical advice when required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and growing business at the forefront of their niche marketplace. You will produce the initial designs of products for a variety of different projects, working hand in hand with Senior Engineers.
This position would suit an Architectural Technician or Technical Designer looking to progress their career and receive expert training within a market leading business.
The Role:

• Provide initial Designs to written and verbal specifications
• Working in the close knit design team
• Liaise with Clients to develop design concepts
• Producing designs

The Person:

• Good understanding of construction methodology
• Looking for progression and training on Revit
• Experience with AutoCAD and other design software
