Our expertise in geotechnical engineering for construction and industry covers foundations, ditches, subgrade reinforcements, dewatering land and buildings, groundwater management, pile-driving, and excavation. Our aim is to develop new and increasingly accurate geotechnical calculation and survey methods, as well as ever better and more affordable subgrade construction methods.
As a Technical Director you’ll oversee projects from inception to completion using your technical expertise to review and approve technical reports, design calculations, and other project related documentation as well as providing support to the project team and providing technical expertise for business development activities. You’ll analyse and interpret complex geotechnical data and monitor industry trends to ensure we provide innovative, industry leading solutions.
What we’re looking for from you:
- A wealth of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on technical leadership and project management
- Familiarity with geotechnical software and relevant technologies
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Geologist (CGeol) status
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
