The Role:

• Lead a proficient team in delivering impactful infrastructure projects across public and private sectors.
• Drive growth by nurturing existing client relationships and forging new business opportunities.
• Oversee diverse projects, including regeneration schemes and National Highways projects.

Requirements:

• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer accreditation.
• Demonstrated success in multi-disciplinary project management and team leadership.
• Proven ability in generating leads, client management, and technical agreements (S278 and S38 agreements).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior staff.
