Head of Engineering and NPD - Semiconductor Equipment - Cheshire - IM3345

Salary / benefits: c£65-75k, plus bonus and benefits.

Job Outline:

A market leading provider of semiconductor equipment is now looking for a Head of Engineering and NPD to join their rapidly growing Leadership Team.

Reporting to the MD, you will empower, inspire, support and develop your team to drive the successful delivery of the Engineering and New Product Development functions of the business.

With your previous experience in leading and managing engineering and new product teams, you will lead by example, supporting and developing your teams to ensure successful delivery of products and projects which meet customer needs.

The role would suit a strategic thinker, with a can-do attitude, who is looking to make a real difference.

Now is an exciting time to join this small, but rapidly growing tech company, where you will be involved in the strategic planning and managing growth, ensuring customer expectations are met.

Experience:

Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience in a similar high tech environment, leading engineering and new product developments.

Qualifications:

You should be qualified to at least Degree level in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or a relevant discipline.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested.

Candidates MUST hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
