Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Technical Engineer to join an expanding organisation in Sheffield. The role is a 3-month interim position with potential to extend, paying between £200 - £250 per day umbrella rate inside IR35.
The Role:
- Diagnose and resolve complex digital incidents, escalating where required to ensure a timely resolution
- Carry out analysis of incidents, report on trends and implement action plans
- Implement and maintain robust cyber security measures organisation-wide
- Manage and configure hardware and software via the endpoint management solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned projects
- Maintain and monitor a robust data backup and disaster recovery system
The Person:
- Experience in Microsoft Servers and O365 including Azure, Intune and Endpoint Management
- Set up policies and profiles on Intune
- Experience with IT Security Standards, particularly Defender
- Strong analytical skills to identify and communicate required actions
- Experience in stakeholder engagement
