The Company:

Specialising within corporate events and exhibitions, we don’t only manage events but also design and operate immersive AV systems to create events like no other.

We are now expanding and looking for experienced Project Managers with a wealth of technical audio visual knowledge to join our team and play a vital role in the running of these spectacular events.

The Role:

To manage the production of conferences and exhibitions all the way through from the initial brief to project delivery.

Responsibilities:

-          Assist the sales team in discussing the brief with clients and key stakeholders.

-          Utilising your technical knowledge to specify any AV equipment required for each project.

-          Procurement of any required audio visual hardware.

-          Managing budgets ranging from £10,000 - £150,00 ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and exceeding client expectations.

-          Management of technicians on site ensuring the smooth running of each event.

-          Taking responsibility for the P&L of each project.

-          Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the setup and running of the events.

-          Maintain regular communication with corporate clients and event organisers to manage expectations.

Requirements:

-          Technical AV expertise including knowledge of audio, video and lighting to understand the requirements for each project.

-          Excellent organisation and communication skills.

-          The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-          Full UK Driving License.

Preferred skills:

-          Proven experience as an Project Coordinator or Project Manager within the events sector would be highly advantageous.

-          Experience working with CAD would also be beneficial.

In return:

If successful, you will be rewarded an annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience.

You will also receive all expenses paid nights away, a company credit card, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays along with a company pension.
