Cambridge - Once a month in the office
I’m currently working with one of Cambridge’s most progressive Software companies who are looking for a Technical Team Lead to join their growing team. The role combines a mixture of hands-on development working alongside the team whilst also taking on managerial responsibilities and supporting the Senior team with code reviews, performance management and contributing to technical decisions.

- This includes having various platforms and solutions their clients use.

The Role – Technical Team Lead
- Cambridge – Twice a month in the office.
- Work within a cross-functional team, working across the entire product suite.
- Support, mentor, coach and train the team on all technical requirements.
- Support the Senior team with managerial responsibilities.
- Still remain hands on and spend large proportion of time working alongside team.
Tech Requirements
- Salary: £80,000-£90,000
- Essential Skills: C#, .Net Core, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, SQL, Cloud.
- Bonus Skills: Typescript, Golang, Java, DevOps.
- Good experience leading a team - ideally of around 4-5 in size.
- This includes 1:1’s, code reviews, performance management.
