We are seeking a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to join a global leader and software-first organisation providing solutions to solve complex problems across the development lifecycle. This is an opportunity to lead a brand-new team focussing on greenfield projects of innovation, with a high-risk but high reward.

The Technical Lead/ Engineering Manager will focus on emerging challenges, working with disruptive technologies to capitalising on future market trends.

What will make you stand out:

- A strong background in software development
- User/ market research within an early-stage business / greenfield projects
- Experience with innovation approaches.
- Experience with building processes and practises to drive product delivery
- Strong experience with mentorship, leadership and developing team members.
