SalaryTechnical Manager - Compliance - National Role - 50k - 55k
The client has over 300 buildings, with the majority in the South of England, however travel will be national.
On this chargeable contract just renewed for five years, you will ensure that quotes raised from subcontractors, method statements and CDM (Health & Safety File) are reviewed and approved. You will also monitor ongoing works being undertaken by the mobile operational teams and sub-contractors
The role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of compliant technical services across the contract portfolio, delivering continuous improvement, Quality and Health and Safety, along with ensuring Safe Systems of Work are managed and adhered to by our Mobile Operational Teams and Sub-Contractors.
The review of documentation following PPM and reactive works to ensure compliance, timely remedy of business critical, life safety and compliance issues affecting the customers assets. This will include the production of remedial quotations and management of remedial works.
Work within the clients team to define, implement, monitor and audit suitable Safe Systems of Work as it relates to specified areas of work.
You will
- Be educated to HND level or equivalent through experience in a technical discipline (M&E)
- Preferably a member of relevant Institutions
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of working in the M&E, FM and TFM environments
- Have a sound knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Accident and Incident investigation training or experience including report writing
- Relevant Trade Qualifications or Apprenticeship
- Permit to Work, Risk Assessment and Method Statement training or experience
Salary c 50k - 55k plus car/allowance. 5% performance bonus
