Technical Manager for an established International Food Business for their Nottinghamshire site, office / field based with Hybrid working. Working closely with other departments, and with customers and suppliers (UK and internationally) to manage the supply base and customer expectations.
Reporting to the Technical Director, responsibilities for the role will include:
- Managing and maintaining the supplier approval process and database
- Reviewing supplier self-assessment questionnaires and other supporting documents
- Managing / conducting audits of suppliers
- Supporting the QA Manager with the company BRC certification
- Managing key customer relationships, being the main Technical point of contact
- Managing escalated complaints and handling complex customer queries
Essential / Desirable skills include:
- Experienced Technical Manager, ideally with a Food Manufacturing background
- Managing customer and supplier relationships
- Experience of customer / supplier auditing would be an advantage

The working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, office / field based with Hybrid working and some UK / International travel. The salary is circa £50k per annum plus Company Car and an excellent benefits package.
