Job description
The Technical Manager (Improvement & Development) is responsible for leading a team of technical staff within the Improvement & Development team to formulate technical policies and procedures across a suite of funding schemes for the private housing sector. These grants are aimed at improving housing standards, improving energy efficiency and reducing fuel poverty and enabling persons with a disability to live as independently as possible and to remain in their own home. .
