SalaryEngineering managers opportunity with this large aerospace precision engineering company. This new client facing role manages the commercial technical team and function in the business and works across the company reporting into the CEO.
Key aspects of the role include:
(NPI) - Interpretation and understanding of New Products /customer requirements from drawings, specifications and CAD Models (CATIA experience an advantage).
Develop new and improve existing manufacturing Methods and routings, using 6 sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
Working closely with Engineering, shop floor, CAD and quality teams to ensure right 1st time delivery and to aid continuous improvement at the facility.
You should have solid man management experience in a metal parts manufacturing environment and ideally the aerospace industry or similar.
