In this role you will be involved in the technical design and testing of inverters and BESS, you will help the team set up the UK test lab on site for the products and you will also be responsible for mentoring colleagues to become product experts.

The Role:
- Grow and develop the UK side of the business while using technical knowledge and understanding to mentor colleagues and eventually manage a team.
- Ensure product compatibility and functionality, resolving technical issues efficiently, and analysing performance.
- Integrate customer feedback into product development, provide sales support, and design test environments.
- Work on site in Leeds and provide support to installation teams.

The Person:
- Electrically qualified with 18th edition and NVQ L3
- Good working knowledge and experience with Solar and BESS
- Customer service experience and drive to progress and grow a team
- Full Clean Driving License
