Responsibilities
As a Technical Planner, you will be responsible for rolling out proactive Continuous Improvement cases to the local teams prepared from a technical perspective, this includes:

  • Prioritization of forecast for tools/spare parts
  • Challenge end dates for proactive Continuous Improvement cases
  • Support the validation of downtime with specific focus on CIM candidates
  • Daily communication with technicians, service planners, technical planners, and customer group
  • Continuous improvement, including proactive search for areas for improvement, as well as strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks
     

Qualifications

  • Solid experience with technical planning or similar technical position with focus on technical specifications, documentation, and reporting
  • Experience and interest in optimization and improvements of workflow and processes
  • Technical qualified technician or engineer (e.g., mechanical, production or high voltage)
  • Good IT skills and experience with SAP/Salesforce or similar tools
     

Competencies

  • Understanding of new technology, and interest in diving into technical documentation
  • Good communication skills both oral and in writing
  • Curious and willing to seek information through others to learn and understand various aspect of our department
  • Ability to evaluate and identify trends
  • Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to think clearly in a time-sensitive setting, as well as the ability to handle varying workloads
