SalaryA Major Investment Bank client im working with is looking for a Technical PM/Scrum Master role within the Global RTC Compliance Assurance team at a Major Investment Bank.
Role Overview:
Join a collaborative team responsible for sustaining Compliance Assurance controls in the collaboration and productivity space. As a Technical PM/Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in driving optimal solutions and maintaining development pipeline velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify Agile methodology, supporting cross-functional teams.
- Manifest functional and non-functional requirements with technical domain experts.
- Organise and direct development resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.
Must-Have Experience:
- Several years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with Agile proficiency.
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master, guiding concepts from inception to delivery.
- Strong technical acumen in SQL, Splunk, Python environments.
- Ability to coordinate and deliver multiple product streams concurrently.
