The Candidate has partnered with a Blackpool based nationally recognised retail brand in their search for a Technical Product Owner to join their team.
As a Technical Product Owner, you'll collaborate with their external engineering team, taking the lead on 3rd party eCommerce integrations, shaping technical solutions, and acting as the subject matter expert for their product.

As a key player in their team, you will:
- Translate workstreams in the product roadmap into detailed technical and business requirements
- Provide support for issues on the live production site, facilitating resolution or escalation
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to create business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and document solution designs and process maps
- Drive improvements in online customer engagement and conversion, with a focus on the role of technology
- Act as the eCommerce technical lead for new 3rd party/data integrations, overseeing implementation, delivery, and ongoing optimization
- Own system architecture, seeking ways to enhance data flow and integration with other systems
- Interpret technical documentation into business requirements for our external engineering team
- Ensure the website aligns with legislation and best practices
- Apply business system knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems and propose technical solutions
- Lead technical discussions and advise the eCommerce Product team and broader eCommerce function
- Support the UAT process, providing guidance on testing approaches for technical stories
