• A background in a regulated environment will be beneficial – dealing with a wide range of exciting projects for the Military/Defence, Aerospace & Automotive sectors.  Any exposure or working towards ISO standards would also be useful.
• Working within an SME business – this will be an extremely varied role and will require you to be dynamic, suiting someone who is used to operating in a smaller sized business working at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.

This Technical Project Manager job will suit:

• A Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Project Engineer accustomed to working within an engineering / manufacturing environment. 
• Worked on projects or with products used in highly regulated environments – Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Motorsport or similar.  It will require a lot of diligence, quality procedures and compliance, working closely with multi-functional teams across Production and Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality to deliver the project requirements.
• You will be commercially astute and should contribute significantly to solutions to problems, rather than just managing project plans.
• Based near to Eynsham in Oxfordshire, able to commute into their production facility.
