Technical Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We're looking for a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in Poole, Dorset.
As the Technical Project Manager, you'll take charge of planning and executing Technical Projects involving LED screen installations, ensuring their successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of leading the planning and execution of Technical Projects, collaborating closely with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients to understand their technical requirements, project objectives, and vision for LED screen installations.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of technical equipment, including LED screens, control systems, and related components.
- Planning and delivering LED screen projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Producing detailed kit pick lists and coordinating equipment logistics to ensure timely delivery and setup at project sites.
- Collaborating with the rental manager to source and procure necessary equipment and resources for projects.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the project crew, assisting them with troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical challenges.
- Making suggestions and recommendations to improve service delivery, optimize workflows, and enhance overall project efficiency.
- Maintaining open and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Technical Project management, preferably in the AV or LED screen industry - but this isn't critical.
- In-depth knowledge of LED screen technology, control systems, and related equipment.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel to project sites as required.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
