We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our client's team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Your ability to manage cross-functional teams, adhere to project schedules, and communicate effectively will be essential.This is a growing business that will allow you to use your experience in this newly created position to play a key part in the implementation of their SAAS platform. As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for and involved in several duties and below are a few things that you may find useful to give your insight into your day-to-day role:

• Agile Scrum Experience: Leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to drive project success.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
• Data Interpretation: Collect, organise, and interpret statistical information, providing valuable insights to clients for informed decision-making.
• Business Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the management team to prioritize business segment needs, creating a well-defined list of requirements.
• Process Improvement: Work closely with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process enhancement opportunities. Propose system modifications and devise effective strategies.
• High-Level Planning: Develop comprehensive plans with clear milestones and timelines, ensuring project progress and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Website Portfolio Management: Create and maintain website portfolios, showcasing successful projects and technical achievements.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives, driving continuous feedback and process enhancements.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

As the Technical Project Manager, you will have experience of or be interested in developing your skills in several areas:

• Scrum: Proficient in Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Project Management: Experienced in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Agile Project Management: Familiarity with Agile principles and frameworks.
• Jira: Competent in using Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP): Certification or relevant experience.
• Product Development: Understanding of product development lifecycles.
• Agile Software Development: Knowledge of Agile software development processes.
• Project Analysis: Ability to analyse project requirements and constraints.
• Project Delivery: Track record of successful project delivery.
• Project Management Software: Proficiency in project management tools.
• Light Project Management: Adaptability to manage smaller-scale projects efficiently.
