you will be responsible for the technical input of the company tender information, and ensuring all submissions meet Company and potential client expectations, whilst making every effort to maximise Company potential to successfully secure tender assignment. Y

ill be required to understand the project requirements, research, outline, write and edit bid content
and demonstrate the competency and experience PD&MS have in answer to scope of works.As Technical Proposals Manager, your responsibilities will include:Management of the preparation of prequalification documents and ensuring all appropriate personnel are engaged and contributing to the Tender Submission Process.Management of internal co-ordination of technical and commercial clarifications.Propose technical and commercial solutions to meet Client needs.Prepare tender cost estimate using bid/no bid tool and Management of tender costs thereafter and manage the collation of the final submission documents.Upon successful award, in conjunction with the Chief Commercial Officer, ensure the final contract incorporates the position agreed during the negotiations.Researching and gathering technical information from internal Subject Matter Experts, ensuring solutions are fit for Client purposeWork closely with printers, illustrators, graphic designers, translators and other relevant professionals.You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Engineers, Managers, Directors and other technical specialists to ensure they understand the subject. To be able to effectively carry out the role of Technical Proposals Manager, we would like you to have the following skills and experience:Ideally you will be qualified to degree level in a relevant field.Have an Engineering background.You will have a Management qualification.Ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role in the Oil & Gas industry.Ability to work within a fast paced, collaborative, team orientated environment.Must be comfortable working independently to gather the correct information from all stakeholders.Very organised, detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects with a high level of accuracy.Offers creativity and an innovative approach to work.Professional conduct.Significant experience in technical solution roles.Experience within bid is preferred but not essential.Significant, demonstrable experience in successful development Win Strategies.Significant experience in proposal development and tender negotiations.About Us
